All I needed was a dumpster and calling my adjuster made me feel super anxious, rushed, and overwhelmed. Speaking to the Mrs. made me feel allot better. The first call for my claim was smooth, super nice woman I spoke with told me what to do… adjuster was and is all over the place. I’m going back to what I been doing piece by piece and will let the adjuster know when he can come out. Keeping receipts as I go etc… I’m really thankful for this agent here! I was out of state on travel when my wife called notifying me that her tire was flat in our driveway. I called Keith to confirm on road assistance and his action went beyond the call of duty.
